Air Tickets Cancel But Not Refund

My name nilam my air ticket's booked from goibibo Air India 4 April 2020 and tickets is done but suddenly first lockdown so my flight is cancelled by airline after many time refund request in goibibo.
But in apps mention refund request in progress but not refund i am many time mail and called try not any number call attend and not proper answer this process 3 to 4 time but not any respond till date not refund many times calls in air India.
But answer this tickets not directly so this refund request submitted from your agent goibibo and your money done but goibibo not file my refund process my PNR NUMBER IS YSP94 by Air India.
