I had ordered a iPhone 13 from a seller whom I found on OLX. He sent me an fake phone which is completely duplicate and fake. He has now stopped answering my calls. I have paid him 45120/-.
The seller had also told he will provide bill, he said you will get sealed pack, but when i received it was unsealed. I dint not receive bill. I have also mailed OLX customer care, but even they are not responding.

i have ordered a iphone 11 from a seller whom i found from OLX . when i was try to contact him for a buying a iphone he had done whats app call to me for getting a confidence. but he sent me an fake phone which is completely duplicate ,repaired and fake.so i had done a complained to him about this and he told me your payment will be refund but after some time stop answering my calls ans sms. i was paid 27000/- . i try no of times to do contact him but he was not respond. and now he changed his number also.
