Giva: Amount deducted but no order placed and no refund

NORTH WEST DELHI, Delhi, India

Hlo sir, i have ordered a bracelet ofts2399 rs on 8 august at 8:44 pm but there is no order booking and also no payment refund also no reply from giva customer care service.. I have sent them screenshot and also try to reach several time but no reply.
