I Ridha fathima made payment of amount rs22300/- for iphone 7 plus on 27th of January from the page Gadget store 2 .At first they send me a phone which is not shown as in the reference pic,also broken and shattered and not usable.

After some issues and talking,they agreed to replace the product with other one.but the phone that they send later is not working and switching on.When I mentioned the issues ,they told to show it to nearby shop and to refit the battery.I did as told and it costed me rs 100/- more.

Even after that the phone is not working and charge is not increasing when plugged in charge but decreasing .later it shut down and doesnt switch on .The battery and display of the phone have been changed which they havent mentioned , also the touch id is not working.

The phone doesnt switch on and charger is fake . I requested them to refund the amount but they are not willing .Now they are also not replying to the messages and telling that they have done their best .I humbly request to take necessary actions and to get the amount that I have spent which is 22400/-rs.
