While taking services from Fly logistics packers and movers on 11.04.2022 for shifting household items from Rewari (Haryana) to Delhi Vasant kunj, we were assured about insurance of all things.
We paid the service provider 15000 inclusive of Insurance and GST. But the service provider never gave us any consignment note nor the concerned owner is returning our calls after we intimated him about damage of our 54" LED TV.
They broke a table glass also and there were dents on fridge. Moreover, he has taken Rs. 500 for empty cartons saying that he'll refund the amount once he will get the cartons picked up.
He kept on giving us dates that he will provide the claim but till date he hasn't done anything. Also, when his boys came for packing, they refused to uninstall split ACs. However I clearly wrote in my list of all things to be shifted that there are 3 split ACs.
But he never mentioned about not providing uninstallation service. On the very same morning, we had to make outside arrangements to get the ACs uninstalled at the cost of Rs. 1800.
He is a fraud. He should pay a compensation of Rs. 50000 for LED TV, Rs. 1000 for glass of table and Rs. 500 kept as security for cartons. His cartons are still kept in our house. He can very well take them.
