I have ordered four products from Flipkart on 1st February 2021. The order is placed through online net-banking and the amount of Rs. 3774 has been deducted from the bank account but according to flipkart they have not received the amount and they said that the order is not placed.
I have contacted to there customer care but they always says the same thing that it is not a problem from their side by saying that the bank had a problem. But the bank also saying that the amount has been accepted by the flipkart so only fipkart is the one who can refund our money.
Neither they are accepting the order nor refund our money. Now they are not picking our calls from the registered mobile number.They are not able to resolve my issue.Whenever i am contacting them they are giving me a promised date and never solves within the time.

If my order is not confirmed then how do I know order ID number. They are just giving their excuses that it is not their problem and they are denying to refund the same.
I want a prominent resolution for the same.They are not going to resolve my issue. I hope you understand my concern and resolve my issue as soon as possible. Its a kind request. If not solved then i will file an FIR for the same.
