Hello, I am Mintu Kirtania, from Bhadreswar hooghly, I order a tent on 2nd May 2022,my order no is:- OD[Protected], but I received a wrong a item, with wrong colour variant, and a damage products, whenever I try to return the product.

There's no option for return, but there's available a replacement, and I tried to do so,but Flipkart company automatically reject my request, but they are already deducted my order amount.

And continuously showing that refund is cancelled, please look this matters seriously as soon as possible.
