I ordered a vip 31 inch red foxtrot suitcase on flipkart but I received a wrong model of the suitcase which is multicolored and has different wheels on December 8th 2021. I raised a return request on same day that is 8.12.2021.
They requested me for ID proof. But they rejected saying the PAN card proof is not sufficient. So I raised a request again and then sent my adhaar card and drivers license.
Each time I send some proof they rejected stating the Proof is not sufficient. So I called the customer care and they asked me to raise it again. I even sent me passport copy.
On Dec 23rd they blocked my account due to multiple return request. I have spoke to customer care more than 50 times, I don’t get proper response and now they can’t go further with my return request because my account is blocked.
I contacted them several time to unblock it but they are not doing it in spite of having so many proofs. They dint ask me any Proof when they deducted money but to return my money in the same mode of transfer they are refusing it.
They even asked me to keep the wrong product because they don’t have a solution. They have caused me so much stress in the past 45 days. Kindly take action against this situation. I am attaching the product ordered and product delivered picture.
