Return And Refund Rejected

I ordered mivi pods f60 in Flipkart but they have some technical issues and they are not charging properly and not working properly the gave one warranty and 7 days replacement but i kept replacement in on time.
But the rejected and not responding to me and i request call from service centre and they called me and the put me on hold and the discount me after half an hour. They are insulting me i want to my refund back please help me to get it.
I think Flipkart selling fake products. I am student i by this product with my savings without knowing my parents so please help me to get my money back. I want my refund back.
