I have purchased product from Flipkart on 8th April 2022 but we received other product other brand so I rise request for replacement but by courier boy not pickup my product with regain photo not showing.

But received message for rejection due to damage I call to customer care he given time to resolve issue on or before 15 May 2022 but today customer care rejected replacement due to police expire.

But I follow up replacement in same day after received wrong product. Requested to you please look matter and do needful.
