The issue that I have experienced was: Product didn't fit, so tried to return it but they refuse to return it because the box sent by the seller was wrong and article no of shoe box didn't match
26 April: So I talked to customer care Flipkart, they said they will resolve issue but they all are making excuses and try to mentally torture the customer.
3rd May: They have again rejected the return, and i have again raised the issue so they delayed the date to 7th of May.
It's 4th time they have delayed the date, again and again they are sending same email and i am confidently replying to them with all the things they want. But they still can't solve my problem. They are scamming people
5th May: They have rejected my return appeal for the 4th time. It has been over 10 days they have not been able to solve my issue. All they have made is fake hope and promises, they haven't done anything to resolve the issue.
