Dear sir,
I want to tell you that I have ordered 1 adsun 32 inch tv from flipcart and I have recived on [Protected], tv return policy is for 10 days.. I am waiting for installtion person from company but after several complaint nobody came .. i have raised 5-6 times complaint and each time some time line increased by flipcart customer care persons. After 18 days passed i opened to box in which I found fully damaged tv ..and that's it .

From that day I am continuously trying to contact to flipkart but nobody is responding.. somebody tell that why you open box.. somebody tell that why you not open box before.. somebody tell that once installtion person will came and he will check and found damage than tv return will be done.. whatever it is 1 month almost done i did not see a single minute tv but I have lost all my money..

I received mentelly harrasment .. hard earned money lost and I want to tell you that in flipcart there is nobody serious to take action..only listing but not taking action.. they will close tickets without any resolution. Even though you can not reach to senior persons. Flipcart selling only damaged products.. please please do not buy from flipcart go with local vendors may be you have to pay some extra but atleast they will support...
