I buy a product from Flipkart whose name is heyovin nestlmoonzabottle whose price is 216 rupees and it was delivered on 10th may 2022 and when it was delivered i do not like the quality of product.

And then i decided to return the product then i went into the app to return the product I press on return option and then after sometime due to mistake I pressed on cancel the return and then i want to return the product.

But now it is not showing return option and the product is having 7 days return policy on it i requested them to refund my money and take the product back and then i also tweet them about my problem.

But they are not solving my problem they do scam with me I also call in the customer care of flipkart but they don't resolve my problem so please help me and please get my money back as soon as possible.
