I ordered a cart of groceries of worth Rs 4690/- through Flipkart on Jan 5th at 8.35 pm, I paid the amount through UPI. DURING THE FIRST TRANSACTION I DIDN'T GET THE MESSAGE STATING THAT THE TRANSACTION IS SUCCESSFUL SO I PAID SECOND TIME at 8.37pm.

My amount got debited twice. The basket is delivered on 7th Jan. Since then I have been calling the customer care informing about my double payment. I contacted my bank and UPI customer care also.

They clearly stated that my amount is debited twice and the merchant has to refund the amount. But till date no response from Flipkart. when ever I call the customer care, each time a new person comes in contact and I brief my problem, the person goes through my flipkart account details but fails to give proper solution.

It is very clear that the callers have no authority to resolve my issue. But no higher official is coming in to contact. After 6 calls I got a mail id so that I could mail them.

I mailed attaching all the proofs namely UPI transaction details. I mailed thrice but no reply till date.
