I have placed COD for Iphone13 in recent BBD22 sale. While placing a order their was no issues with the delivering the phone to my location but after two days ie, today I received the message that it got canceled by seller due to shipment issues. However, strangely the other ordered product are deliverable to this location. Also, the customer service is very poor they even do not respond to your queries.

I even tried to contact the seller yesterday but they didn't give any call back. Now, they are providing the same mobile with increased cost with 7k discount but again it is not deliverables to any of my selected places including my current location and other metro cities like Trichy, Chennai, Nagpur and Bengaluru.

I need mobile to be delivered with the compensation for the mental fatigue and time wasted by me for all this. Online platforms are made for comfort and easing the buying experience not in providing uncomfortable to consumers.
