Flipkart: Multiple orders cancelled

I placed an order on 3rd Dec’20 with Flipkart for a Queen size bed “ Home Edge Fultz Acacia Solid Wood Queen” with Order ID - OD[Protected], the payment was taken and the order was confirmed and so was the delivery date. So I placed a mattress for the specific size of the bed I had ordered which cost an additional INR7000/- rounded up which has been delivered as per the schedule. I had placed this order for my house in GOA as I was travelling with my family and ordered the bed in such a way that we would have a bed to sleep on by the time we reach GOA, all was fine till here. 5 days from the date of order I get a email from Flipkart stating that the dealer could ship the product so they are cancelling the order and asked me to place a new order, this was very frustrating and cause a whole lot of grievance as my family was travelling with me and would not have anything to sleep on. I assumed this as a one time issue from Flipkart and decided to reorder with them. So I placed another order for the bed “Flipkart Perfect Homes PureWood Sheesham Queen Low Bed” with Order ID - OD[Protected]on 18th Dec’20, once again the order was placed the payment taken and delivery confirmed for 30th Dec’20. I received an email and call from “Anthony Benny” (case manager who has been utterly useless as the email and call made by him was the last I heard from him and no communication from him after that and no replies to my emails sent to him) confirming my order and I had also informed him that my phone number on the order was placed incorrectly which he said would not be a problem as the delivery guys would call me on my registered number with Flipkart and I can guide him to the correct delivery. I reached GOA on 26th Dec’20 and had to make my family sleep on the Mattress that was delivered but not the bed. On 29th Dec’20 I get a notification on the app saying the there has once again been an issue with delivering the product and have asked to cancel this order yet again and asking me to place a new order. I have mentioned a part of the message they sent, as is: “We were trying to sort this out with the courier service provider, however, courier service provider will not be able to deliver the product so please cancel the order from your side and place a fresh order if you like. For getting the price difference back, please reply to this email mentioning the price difference of your earlier and your current order and the seller shall refund the additional amount to you.” And then I get another notification on 30th Dec’20 stating that my order has been shipped and will be delivered by 2nd Jan’21, so I start looking out for a bed and wait for the 2nd in anticipation that the bed will be delivered. I wait on the 2nd the whole day and guess what happens on the 2nd I get a notification once again on the app and email saying that we are sorry and will it be able to deliver the order and requesting me to cancel the order. Please tell me is a customer who is on his annual vacation expected to go something like this which has impacted the whole family, this has been by far my worst experience with Flipkart and request you to please intervene and help with this, cause I keep requesting a call back from Flipkart cause that’s the only number available on the app and they call me and the moment I answer the call it gets disconnected, please I need help here to get this sorted as I am not able to cancel the order from my end as it’s a non cancellation order where I cannot request a cancellation or refund.
