Mobile Missing Empty Flipkart Cartoon Delivered

I am facing now difficult issue on flipkart shopping.
I ordered Oneplus Nord CE 2 Amount of 19673 They delivered Empty mobile box I raised refund request they first asked me to share product received Images I have shared after that they rejected without any reason I created return again on 22 September they called me two times.
And promised within 2 days refund will be processed unfortunately I got refund rejection mail and while I trying to create new return my Flipkart account is locked after raising return.
What's fraud going on with me I can't understand really heart with the incident please do take the matter seriously and take legal immediate action on it the paid amount is too high and now suffering with loss of shopping through flipkart marketplace. Please refunded my money and please unblock my account.
