Flipkart: Fraud

My name is akanksha. I was a Flipkart plus user for almost three years. I ordered a desert air cooler from Flipkart which got delivered 3-4 weeks ago. The product has missing parts i.e. wheels were missing and looked old and used with scratches So i filed for return.

My request for return was rejected. So i reached out to the team of Flipkart they said I'll get a mail to send images but no mail was sent n i kept waiting until my request was rejected.

This kept going on for long as the team kept asking me to wait for the mail and kept rejecting my return request. Last week they blocked my account saying that i place too many return requests.

Which is not true as i only tried to return this product several times but they kept misguiding me and wasting my time assuring me that the product will be taken back but it wasn't and my account was blocked as well.

Please help me out as this cooler costs Rs. 13000 and Flipkart has been harassing me for a very long time now.
