I don’t have flipkart app installed in my phone & i hadn’t ordered anything on flipkart but they send me a parcel of 896/- of artificial jewellery with my name and address on it & it was sent thru ekart logistics who dialed some random no & it connected me.

My son was at the office at that time & he gave it to him & said a parcel has come for Vinod Ohri. He wrote that it had some artificial jewellery in it so he said him to call him & see if he responds.

I picked up the phone & said I hadn’t ordered it but my son thought that my wife or daughter might have ordered it. So he accepted that parcel & paid for it. Then he called his mother & sister & asked them about it.

And they said we hadn’t ordered anything & then he called ekart guy & asked him to take back that parcel & refund his money which he refused to & said place a return request on flipkart to which my son agreed.

But when he logged in to flipkart with my contact details he could see the delivered item but when he clicks that item then it shows Something went wrong . Please try again later. It was sent by sat jewellery From Surat.

Might be worth 10/- & sold to us for 896/- without our consent. And then my son called flipkart customer care. & asked them to place a return request from their end as we were unable to place it from our end to which they said why did u accept the order.

He told them that we are a joint family of 15-20 people & we can’t ask each & everyone to whether they had ordered it or not, it had our address our name & the ekart guy had our father’s no.

So I accepted but they said that we can’t do anything about it & it was ordered by someone else & has been wrongly delivered to you & if that person logs a complaint that he or she hasn’t received his or her parcel.

Then only will the logistic guy can pick parcel from your place & we will refund your amount. So just wait & relax. Also when we opened that parcel there was no bill of any kind in that parcel.

So i want to file a complaint against flipkart & sat jewelers (Surat) & ekart logistics for harassing us & doing a fraud with us.
