Flipkart: Faulty Product Not Getting Returned; Flipkart.com

Problem statement/Issue: The issue was with the product being faulty and its user manual guide also went missing. The product I later tested and found its not turning ON.

Also, the watch is too small to fit my hand, when I tried to raise a return request, the seller is so rigid to cancel my return request 5 times. This is highly disappointing from flipkart.

Incident place- Gurgaon (Office where i ordered). Address where I ordered: Hughes Communication, Plot -40, sector 5, IMT Manesar-122015. Desirable resolution- Want complete refund and suitable action against such sellers.
