Faulty Adsun TV LED 32 Inch Which Has 3 Years Warranty

I have purchased the above TV on 7th of Dec 2021 already 5 months has been passed by purchasing the TV which is in warranty. The warranty for this TV is 3 years. My TV is dead from 25th of April.
And i have raised complaint to flipkart customer care service on 28th of April 2021 but no resolution only they are giving me deadline for resolution already four deadline date has been passed away but no resolution the purchase price of this TV is 25,000.
Customer care people are giving fake hope that they will forward this issue to the concern team. Flipkart company are providing damage products to the customers and afterwards either there customer care are not responding to the customers if responding but they are not entertaining your issue by raiding tickets.
I want my money back. This Flipkart team and there customer care people are harassing customers after buying products they should get any punishment or they should get fined for there damage products.
The customer care people are only listening to the customers but not resolving there issues. I have raised this complaints 10 to 12 times but till today no resolution.

I also adsun tv may 2023. after one month tv not working...so I cal customer care number of adsun is not working. cal Flipkart also not responsible....what I do ..give to case against adsun and Flipkart company
Reply Same issue is with me too. Every time i raised the issue the problem solved automatically, i should go for a consumer case.
