I did ordered a samsung 1.5 ton air conditioner of 32000 rs from Flipkart on 16 may 2022, they delivered me around 21 may 2022, But the product was found defective by their Technician during the installation. Then he asked me to replace this product and I did the same thing. But from 21 may 22 to till today that is 6 july 2022, I am have raised requests for 100+ times and Flipkart did the tecnician visit appointment atleast 6-7 times, Everything is done, the Air conditioner is fully uninstalled and packed.

But they are not completing the refund/ replacement process from past 50 days. They are just extending dates by dates mentioning unknown issues, While samsung has already provided the total refund amount to Flipkart, Samsung regional manager has provided me the proofs and I have the proofs. Still flipkart is doing nothing. Please help me sir, It's been last 2 months , not only I have suffered monetary losses but also the the mental peace and harrasment.

Flipkart is providing only fake hopes that your issues will be solved by this dates and that dates. But they are not really solving my issues. Please who ever the higher official of flipkart is reading this please help me, I am your vip customer who have purchased around 5 lakhs rs amount items from your sites and now you are treating me like this. This is not expected from a brand like you.
