I ordered a basic mobile handset of Nokia through flipkart, which was delivered to me on Wednesday (13.04.2022). When I open the package I saw the screen of the mobile was damaged.

I applied for return on that day only, after many conversation and many harassment they said as it was under replacement policy they can not refund, and I asked for the replacement after that, it took them 7days to just reject my replacement request.

I provided them with the photo id proof and the picture of the damaged product, while on call they have said that my photos were verified by them. Now on the 7th day, when the replacement period will be over.

They rejected the replacement request, and now they are saying they cant see any picture from my end regarding the damaged product. I'm requesting you to please check with issue.

So I get my money back or atleast the replacement. On top of that the customer care are not at all helpful with the issue, for 7days I have constantly tried connecting with them, through call back request.

They don't call frequently, and even if they call after hearing the issue they are putting my call on hold or simply disconnecting them.
