I received my phone again replacement on 11th May whose packing was good but after removing the packing, mobile phone corner found minor dent also mobile IMEI stick found discoloured condition I raised complaint on just after receiving the phone for re-replacement I followed same things many more time.

But still showing it is under process Flipkart order no is OD[Protected]I have been sicking of due mobile phone. They are saying like we will give you refund and phone will be picked up soon.

But more than 10 days have gone still no action observed by flipkart team pl look into this problem and suggest me some suitable step for quick resolution.
