I brought Marq watching machine in flipkart on the date of 12.04.2021 and order id is OD[Protected], AND invoice nor is #SAAA[Protected], last 2 month back ie January 2022 i given complaint regarding drum not working properly.

When i raised complaint service person came and open the front door very ruffly during inside clip broken and he saying that the whole part should be changed, its their mistake then only i given 1700 for the part after argument.

But that Is solved after 45 days, and after one weak there is problem in the drum, i called to service person he was repaired my washing machine, he said that once again i have to enroll complaint to customer care nor.

So i trying to call customer care nor, it goes too long time but not connecting and also it says our customer care call back within 2 hours, i selected but i didn't get reply from the company and final i put a complaint through mail on the date of 18.05.2022.

After that they assigned a person, but he didn't attend the complaint, i tried to call so many times but he disconnect, and further i put a mail reg this, but no response simply they were telling lie that "we tried to call u but your nor is not reachable".

this is simply shows that there is worst service by the flipkart and marq company, i have proof of calling history if time comes i will produce and also i have proof of sent mail.

So there is very harassment from the company, nearly one month i am unable to use of product, still it is in warranty, so i request u that compensate.
