Flipkart: About Refund Rejected

First of all flipkart didn't give me the product what I ordered after that they didn't accept my return request. But then I again applied for return and after that they accept my return request.

And send their delivery boy to pick up the product which I ordered from Flipkart.in the return option I select refund, then they accept it in the 2nd time. They picked up my product.

And then they are saying that we can't refund you (your refund rejected) even though they picked up the product but on the status bar, a flipkart is showing me that pick up is not completed yet and that's why flipkart doesn't give me refund of my product.

Still flipkart pickup my product and doesn't give me refund also that's not fair. please solve my issue and help me to get my money back.
