I did freelancing work through this app. The buyer paid me according to my work that was around $400 i did got the money in my app's wallet. But after some days i got a message that all money i refunded back to the client.

I asked them about the issue they said they will refund my money within 7 days. But its been 11 days now and still they haven't refunded my money. And when i ask for reason they don't give proper reason and obviously in all this there wasn't my any fault.

Fiverr app is basically middlemen between my client and me. So the buyer was satisfied with my work and he paid me fir that but after about like couple of weeks they took back my money because they have some problem from their side.

I asked them to talk to buyer but they are also not doing that. There were no guidelines that i haven't followed. They have just put me on hold and not even replying now.

I m sure that they will not give my money back because neither they are disclosing about buyer nor they are telling me reason properly.
