This product is very very bad product and customer support I want complaint 8December but no response for sarvice centre my watch is not charging
Complain ID: [Protected]Gave my Fire-Boltt Cobra watch to service center as it had battery issues. Got the replacement product back in 3 weeks but wrong colour. I mentioned the issue and they arranged reverse pickup and the delivery agent picked the product and it was with them for almost 2 weeks. I wrote atleast 20 mails regarding the same. Finally the product reached their warehouse in Faridabad and their senior customer care executives told me I will get the original colour BLACK. After almost a month of collecting the product from me they have sent me another replacement product and again it is some other colour. If anyone is reading this, please understand after sale service of fire-boltt is 3rd class.
I have purchased a Firebolt Sphere Green Smartwatch from Myntra but when i received it was a defective one as the sport button of the watch was not working and even the screen had some green patch also the connectivity has the issues, i registered a complaint and the customer care arranged the reverse pickup and was told it would be done in 4 to 5 buisness days and the replacement would be given in 7 to 10 days yet no reply from them as they have received it or not, the delivery agent says it has been sent to the company, very disappointed by the customer service as the helpline numbers are always busy and the mails are also not working .. very disappointed by it, feeling lost the product also and the money also
Sir I am Devendrakadam. I want to claim my warranty but there is no response from the firebolt complaint office . So it's my request to claim my account warranty . Your company is doing fraud with people against the warranty.
Display and touch issues..I've been registering my complain for straight 3 days but there is no response from the team.very much disappointed
I had purchased Fireboltt artillery smart watch on 24/06/23 and was delivered on 28/06/23. But the product was defective and was unable to connect to Bluetooth. So I raised complaint same day. Later next morning its touch screen became defective. The customer care said they will do a reverse pickup in 4-5 business days. And they will ship the replacement in 7-10 days. This is really bad after sales service. Why customer has to wait for 15 days if defective product was delivered. They should have immediately sent the replacement and picked up the defective product at time of delivery. This is giving very bad customer experience. Suggestion and feedback to your management: instead of launching products daily, please focus on quality and checks. This product should have failed quality checks if proper checks were performed. They are launching new products everyday day but quality is highly compromised.
Fireboltt customer service is very bad i m suffering 3rd April 2023 to till now now my smart watch fireboltt cobra service releted problem.
Recently I purchased fire bolt ninja pro calling 2 .. right now it is damaged. I want a good service near me & replace the damaged part...
