I ordered smartwatch from fireboltt official website which I received on 3-5-22. I immediately checked the watch after payment and found Bluetooth speaker is not working , and company fireboltt customer care didn't bothered & they have provided fake customer care phone no.!
What can I do with it ! Model no is bsw004 grey color company have claimed 12 months warranty ! But It didn't worked for 12 minutes ! They official website of fireboltt is giving huge discount & giving faulty product to customer's!!!
My all money is wasted with such cheap product ! Virat Kohli is the brand ambassador of this company ! So I thought this product is good ! Kindly do the needful & take the quick action !
