Ref. (My Account No.- 0[Protected], Account Holder- Fine Art Glass Works, Bank Name- HDFC Bank. Main Branch, Firozabad. Complaint Date- 15/04/22. I have the above mentioned account in HDFC Bank.
I faced problem on 15/4/22 (amount-10000) while doing the transaction Canara Atm machine Raja ka taal Ref no.- 0000[Protected]Through my debit card. This amount had been deducted from my account.
But did not receive the cash and caused payment failure. Till now the deducted money has not been refunded to my account. So I kindly request that you please take a look at this issue and solve my problem as soon as possible.
