My Education loan was going on for the whitehat JR course which I closed in January 2022 but my EMI got deducted in February 2022. Deducted EMI screenshot is also attached. Which is not refunded yet. I am continuously mail and telephonic contact with Financepeer but still, my money is not refunded nor have I got a NOC letter. I request you 8 months have passed.

I am Beauty Pramanik. I want to cancel my loan but ater getting the mail about closure , the EMI amount has been deducted again . I contacted them after lots of trying but I have not got no NOC or refund yet. Whenever I call the support they say that my loan closure is in process. After 1 and half months they still not provide NOC or refund.

I had already initiated cancel of my loan via call. My EMIs were stopped but still I am getting calls from the team, also no NOC was issued to me. I'm still waiting for the refund to be processed. My loan(L040622) is closed in January 2022, but still EMI amount is debited in the month of May 2022. I am trying to reach all executive who use to call monthly to send payments screen shot, butnow no one is responding.

I didn't get any update regarding this next month of 5th EMIs deduct if you not going to take action then I need to mail all the issues to higher authorities You not giving mail response,not a call response this is not a way treating customer if customer wanting to close his disbursed loan amount. Please do it ASAP otherwise I am going to complain to higher authorities from 5th of August 2021 I trying to be in touch but no one is responding my call,mail and WhatsApp message.

I am also one of the sufferer of financepeer, I have taken loan for my daughter education which I have paid back fully and as per the due course but still i am getting calls for further payment and Financepeer is sending regular debit instruction to my bank account. Such a pathetic services as I am unable to touch base with the team and no one respond to the queries properly. Requesting them for the NOC but no clue as of today.
