In the month of 10th January customer s. Mary princy ([Protected]) order poco m3 pro 5g smart phone in Filpkart private limited through online. On received from the day one itself the phone got lot of software issues and hardware complaints as well regarding that we have spoken to to the customers care of flipkart hardy they took 3 days time and accepted the issue and for phone replacement.

In that replaced mobile also i am facing the same issues at once we switch on the device. Flipkart is not ready to refund or to give some other branded phone. As a customer we paid amount but we cannot use the phone now.

From flipkart side also they are giving lethargically answering. Even the technician from flipkart side is biased. Can can not manually enter multiple complaints. Can her manually enter one complaint at a time.

So i am deeply frustrated about flipkart and about their products of flipkart. Also Flipkart customer service is not approachable. They are ready to accept the reality. They try to convince the customer about the product.

Kindly take action on flipkart and i need my money back.
