I ordered from Ferns N Petals to Agartala and I have done the online payment that is I have done the prepayment while ordering. My order delivery was scheduled by 21/08/2021 night 9 PM. Suddenly at 10:30 PM on 21/08/2021, it showed order delivered, although the delivery person didn't call me and I didn't even receive my parcel.
I checked online and there also it was showing delivered, but the space for recipient name and signature was blank. I never received a call from delivery person and he never came to deliver. Then from 22/08/2021 morning onward I am calling the customer support service of Ferns N Petals, but they are not at all supporting.
They are simply telling delivery partner's phone is switched off, so they can't tell me anything. I am repeatedly asking them and they are just telling we will update later. But I have paid my money and it's more than 24 hours, neither Ferns N Petals deliver my parcel nor they are helping me to find the way to get my money back or to get my parcel.
They are showing casual and unsupported behavior. My time is getting wasted and I lost my money, still the company doesn't bother to resolve my complaint.
