I had ordered a product from Ferns n Petals on 9th of October to be delivered on 12th of October to Cuttack with product id#[Protected]. The product is not yet delivered and on asking they are not giving a suitable response as to what happened to the product.
On asking for refund they are simply disconnecting the call on the face. It's been more than 7 days and the product is nowhere to be seen. I had already spent 2000 bucks on the product.
Had it been cash on delivery, they would have immediately delivered the product. But as it's a pre paid one, they are paying no heed to the same. They only release fake ads as fastest delivery just to increase customer base but when comes to real life they simply play with customers' money.
Kindly help in such case.
