FashionnOne1.Shopify.com: Did not received my product or any update related to it

I have ordered 5 t-shirts through the website, initially saw the add on Instagram and then bought it.
I ordered and instantly received a confirmation e-mail but never received any update or the product.
My order was on 3 July, 2022 at 9 PM today is 8th July 2022 and still didn't receive any updates or refund.
