An online shopping order # 5932 was placed by me ( Soumen Mukherjee, resident of Siliguri, West Bengal) ) with Fashion Art for purchase of Refurbished Sony X80J 43inch Ultra HD LED Smart Google TV with Dolby vision HDR and Alexa compatibility KD - 43X80J-2021 Model x 1. Payment of Rs 3999 was done online for the same on Mon, 27 Jun 2022, 22:17 hours.I received an email on the same date from [PROTECTED]@gmail.com stating that order # 5932 confirmed and that I shall be notified on shipping of my order.
However till date there is no response from the shopping website, neither when mailed for enquiry regarding my order. When I try to view my order, it says "webpage does not exist" phone number provided by Fashion Art website for contact is +[Protected].
Request to kindly look into the matter so that I may get back the paid amount of Rs 3999.
