Facebook Marketplace: Product not delivered completely and whole amount is charged . Refund is also not given.

I had ordered two dresses from the seller named sharmila bose from facebook marketplace on 19th jan 2021. The total amount for both products was 1350. The package was delivered on 24th jan 2021. It was cash on delivery order.

When I opened the package it contained only one dress but I had paid complete amount 1350 to the delivery boy when he showed me the barcode reading 1350 amount. I informed the seller ( sharmila) that I have received incomplete product.

She said she sent in two packets. So I should wait for the other product to get delivered. I waited but it was in vain. I again inquired about if from the seller, this time she said that the courier service says both the packages are delivered, which was not so .

She said probably courier services have not done their job properly. I inquired from courier company (xpressbees) but they clearly mentioned that there was just one packet for 1350 which they delivered. So it is the seller who has sent incomplete product.

Now again I enquired from the seller, she says the package is misplaced. She is not refunding the amount 675 Rs. also .
