I ordered a saree worth rs 3500, but the seller send me a kurti pullazo set. I informed her, and she promised me that she should exchange the product. but now she didn't receive my ph calls.
I tried her from different numbers always, but when she heard my voice, she cut my ph. so, I determined to complaint over it. I want my money back. I gave her 3550. 3500 is the price of saree and 50 rupees is shipping cost.
I should attach all my particulars like our conversation, screenshot of transaction, tracking details. when I informed her about the blunder, she said me, another person ordered the kurti pullazo set, our order was exchanged. actually, the seller did the blunder on the time of labeling.
But the fault is her, then, why I should suffer. I am fed up actually, but didn't contact her. so please solve my problem. I eagerly waiting for your kind help and cooperation.
