Excitel Broadband: Extremely Poor Service

I Nitin Kumar Singh have opened tickets multiple times in last Two weeks but it is not resolved yet , as I have to work from home ,if network is poor then how will I work. Every single day situation is same network is in working condition only for 1-2 hrs only.

I am working in MNC I have to work 24*7 but currently network is very poor or we can say no network is there. So how will I do my office. We have made all your payment on time so we just need your good network service which is your core job but your service is very pathetic after complaining multiple times things haven't changed.

You people are making fool of general public. If it is a problem of single day then it is ok but on regular basis network says no network. Vikas Lucknow head he is also doing thing I have complaint him also n number of time but you people are not doing your job properly,

And due to you we general public have to bear monetary losses. Kindly resolve on priority basis.
