I also recharged my mobile with a plan of Rs 459. Money got debited, showed recharge was successful but actually was NOT. Tried contacting customer care on the helpline number many times but got no response. Then emailed them many times with proof of recharge and money debited but no refund got initiated even after 7 days. Very poor service. Where should we complain?

Myself L.Rajendrakumar. I have paid an amount of RS.439/- towards recharging my bsnl mobile prepaid phone yesterday. Even though my money has been debited, my sim card was not recharged even after 2 days. I dropped 3 mails to the customer support service. Money was deducted but recharge was not successful

My Self faced the same issue today recharge to Jio number with 299/- but deducted from bank as 300.59/- and recharge said its successful message in the site but that jio number did not get the recharge alert yet all. Try to call to customer care number then there is no response and sent email as well. If it's going like this so many people will get effected because this fraud website. Need to take further action on this.

Worst app. Total fraud. My recharge of ₹719 not done even on deduction of money from bank account. No refund done by app. This is a completely fraud app. They should be jailed.

Complete fraudsters...debited 2000 rupees from my account ,failed to recharge my fastag account and now not even reverting to emails and calls ...kindly get together and sue this fraud company so that no more people are duped of there hard earned money

tried recharging rs395 for Jio .Didnot know it was easemydeal company they didnot recharge and kept the money with them . no chance to retrieve the money
