I, Deepika Nayyar Bhasin has made a booking of one room on February 07, 2022 for two days and made an advance payment of INR 5,000/- to you via Google pay mode on the same day.
A confirmation message was sent from your end for the aforementioned booking. This booking was postponed to May 28, 2022 and you were duly informed via a WhatsApp message on March 09, 2022.
Sudhir (from Dwarika) confirmed and agreed on the same day via WhatsApp message for the change in the date of arrival. We had enquired about the revised booking details post his confirmation, which are yet to be received from their end.
On being informed by Me about the travel date confirmation today via WhatsApp he did not demanded an additional amount to be paid upfront to continue with the booking neither we were informed about the no refund policy
Basis our discussion today (5th may ) when we asked for refund as we don’t want to pay extra at this point we requested for refund. he quoted in his WhatsApp messages that as per your hotel policies there is no refund for the cancellation of the booking within 14 days.
Additionally he has threatened me to take any step to get this money. Please note that I have checked your website and I could not find any section that mention the process of cancellation/ refund against the same booking.
Since, he is not supporting us to return the money as part of refund which is rightfully ours as you have increased the tariff without informing the customer when the booking was being postponed.
We intend to conclude the matter amicably and resolve it with the refund of the amount.
