I Zara Y Khan ([PROTECTED]@fastlogisticscargo.com) have purchased my 1st order from Dhani store, on 2nd March 2022, but now when I got my credit card bill in which I have been charged twice for my purchase.

My 1st order got failed and then i proceeded for another order which got through so I got message of debited amount but I am surprised to see this blunder by Dhani which is a renowned brand.

Request you to please look into this matter and revers my amount which is Rs. 1024.64/- I have called the customer care no. multiple times but there answer is only unsatisfactory.

They don’t transfer my call to their senior officer. please help me get my money back from this fraud company. Since they are not calling me even after 24 hours i think that they will not resolve my complaint, fooling people like this.
