Not Ready For Refund

On 30th April i placed order on dhani shopping for medicine amount deducted but order not executed when i asked for refund since 30th April they said are in process. whenever i asked to forward it to higher authority they said we have no authority to forward it.
Neither they are ready to refund nor they are forwarding call to higher authority they opened shopping site for scam ??? i already sent them screen shot when they asked. then they asked order id.
I said in screen shot everything mentioned there order id, transaction id you can check out everything visible there in screenshot.
