I purchased articles from Dhani store App on 27th April 2022 for Rs. 534. The expected delivery date was 30th April but then the order was not even dispatched even after 2nd May i started enquiring about the status.

But there is no satisfactory response even the executives there every time use to say that wait for 48 hrs but still there is no change in status. So from last 3 days i have chasing them to cancel the undispatched order and provide me the refund.

But they say that there no refund policy and i could get refund only after the product is delivered and i refuse to take. And my problem is that they are not delivering the order.

So i am never going to get either of both nor the product ordered nor my money. Please help to expose these people and to get my money refunded. Please.
