Dhani App: My Cibil Is Gone, I Did Not Spent Any Credit Limit

Hi this is anjali. I registered to dhani app But i used one item in amazon app then i already clear to emi. But one day i didn't taken any credit limit. But its automatically reflected emi dues.

I already complained to customer care dhani but not responding to me But so many calls from received emi dues. Follow up. I told to customer care so many times but no resolved my problem and its effected to my cibil.

I already taken consumer loans at the time of emi date i cleared all But i didn't taken credit limit how i pay the emi due. In case what about you in my situation. How to handle this my concern. Please resolve my problem. This app is fraud.
