I got a call from cvportals - named RAGHAV

He called me and asked my adhar card details so that work can be started, after work was given by them, they switched off their fone , blocked me so that I can't contact them, and after completion of time period they mailed me notice for breach of contract.
Their advocate called me and charged me with penalty for not completing work
When i checked out their profile they are using fake number , fake emai id so that no one can reach out them and they can easily harres you mentally by calling you through their lawyer end .
Please take strict action against them
