On 4th march i had made a payment of 16000 to their upi id mentioned in app. Since my bank was having issue and i could not send all 16k at a time i paid Rs5000+4000+7000 in a time gap of 2-3 minutes.

I made and sent screenshot anf asked them to update the app. Next day i.e., on 5th march again i received a message from.one more guy asking for payment for which i shared all the screenshots of payment made.

He too assured that app will be updated and left. But after 2 days a lady messaged me saying that they received 5000+,4000 but haven't received 7000. I asked her to recheck sending her the screenshot and bank statement.

But instead of checking she is harassing me and saying to do again and close the loan cs its a trouble for her to follow up. Daily she is messages me and saying i will take action and all.

I am asking her to give email id and share bank statements to check if they received but she is not even listening and sending all kind of nonsense messages threatening to call my ref and so on.

They don't have an email id except [PROTECTED]@creditpearlloan.com on which i mailed and shared the whole whatsapp conversation with screenshots but no update from them as well.

I am not finding the founder name and email on google to reach out to them. So i m requesting you to register my complaint and help me as my health is deteriorating cs of constant stress. Kindly help me.
