Now that it is established by countless testimonials that CosmosKraft is a scam website, I am here to provide some information about the possible fraudsters behind it.

I hope this well help strengthen the case when people go to consumer forums and file cybercrime complaints.

I will divide my writeup into various points for clarity.

1) The name "CosmosKraft" has been used two times — first, as a brand on Amazon that deals with gardening tools, and as the website, cosmoskraft.com.

All the products under the brand CosmosKraft have now become unavailable on Amazon, and there is a little disclaimer on the description of them. It says "Cosmos kraft do not linked to this website. Somebody has taken this name CosmosKraft and created this website for fraud."

This is a highly suspicious statement. The grammar is quite poor which is very similar to the poor grammar on the CosmosKraft.com website.

Also, no party would ever make a claim like that against some other party, (even if the second party is alleged to be a fraud) due to legal ramifications.

This makes the suspicion true that the two parties are the same. The people behind the CosmosKraft brand, which used to sell gardening tools on Amazon are the people behind the fraud committed through the CosmosKraft.com website.

2) If you go to the Contact Us section of the website, you'll find the following address: Kushak Number 3, Hiranki, Delhi, 110036, India

This same address on Google Maps points to a listing called "gardening tools". (https://g.co/kgs/SSPXpW)

This is further proof that the gardening brand CosmosKraft and the fraudulent website (which claims that it deals with industrial prodicts) are run by the same people.

3) With this post, I am attaching a trademark filed in 2020 for the name "CosmosKraft". I don't have much to comment about this.

4) As the website is well designed, and most victims saw their chosen product from CosmosKraft.com from Google search, the fraudster is someone with SEO skills. SEO, (also called Search Engine Optimization) is a technical term that means the website is designed in such a way that it shows up on the first pages of Google, and other search engines.

There is an educational coaching center that teaches people how to add SEO to websites so they show up on the first page of Google search.

This coaching center is probably mo longer operational. The name of the center is OMDRC (https://www.facebook.com/odmrcindia/) and it is/was based in Delhi. The person/people behind this center are the same as the website CosmosKraft.com

I have attached proof in the form of screenshots, the Facebook page of OMDRC has CosmosKraft somewhere in it, although at the time of writing this, OMDRC's page was purged, but since Google caches its results, we can see the two are linked. They're highlighted in red.

5) I have zeroed in on one of the culprits whose name is Nitin Saini.

On his LinkedIn page, we find out the followong information:

a) He has job experience in SEO.
b) He is associated with OMDRC.
c) He has shared links to CosmosKraft products on his LinkedIn profile.
d) On Google's cached results, Nitin Saini has also shared various CosmosKraft products on various public Facebook groups. At the moment of writing, these posts were deleted. But I am attaching the little bit from Google's cached searches.

I hope this information will help people recover money, and bring justice to people who work hard 24/7 only to be exploited by worthless scammers scums.
