The issue that I have experienced was: Made an order and placed a return, the return failed since i not needed the product i returned to their warehouse, the person has received it and acknowledged in courier. Till now no response and no amount was refunded
It occurred on: 23/12/2021. Immediately return my order amount and courier amount of 150 to my source. I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case.
