It is hereby kindly request to u that I ordered an mobile phone from clonefactory.in but they asked me to pay money online for the product. As i paid, them on that day just after paying they gave me a tracing id, which i checked after, i found it was fake, and after some days, when i asked them, why do not my parcel was not delivered to me, they blocked me.. Now i could not contact them. As they blocked me,. I ordered the mobile on 26/12/20 and today it is 22/01/21 , till no any call nor any information, , complete money for the goods have been paid by me. . The website from which i ordered i found it on Youtube, (Youtube channel- clonefactory.in).
They saw me different videos which let me believe them and their company, so, I just go on with the video and order.,. But, I lose my money, by believing them, they looted my money, by lying, now any response from their side even they blocked me too,.. I am sad to say that i believe them, which should not be.. Please, looked after my problem.
I need the full refunded of which i ordered as the order was prepaid , paid via online. Hoping for the good effects . Thanks
